Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities. However, to ensure a fair and consistent approach, we have established the following cancellation policy for reservations at Anarrousa Studios & Apartments in Ikaria. Please note that different cancellation policies apply to our various rate plans.
2. Cancellation Period
Flexible Rate (14 Days Refundable): Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date without incurring any charges.
Best Rate (Non-Refundable): The Best Rate plan offers the lowest price for your stay but is non-refundable. Once you make a reservation under this plan, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Monthly Rate (30 Days Refundable): The Monthly Rate plan allows cancellations and refunds if made at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
3. Changing Dates
For guests who need to change their reservation dates, it can be done in the following ways:
- Through the Booking Platform: You can change your reservation dates directly through the booking platform you used to make the reservation. Changes can be made for the same number of nights without incurring any extra cost, subject to availability.
- Contacting Us: Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request changes to your reservation dates. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability, without any extra cost.
4. Cancellation Charges
Flexible Rate (14 Days Refundable): If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, the following charges will apply:
- Cancellations made 13 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
- No Shows: In the event of a no-show (i.e., if the guest fails to arrive without prior notice), 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
Best Rate (Non-Refundable): The Best Rate plan is non-refundable. Once reserved, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
Monthly Rate (30 Days Refundable): If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date or do not check-in (no-show), no refund will be provided.
5. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a reservation for any rate plan, guests are required to notify us by email, phone, or through the booking platform they used to make the reservation. The cancellation will be considered valid and processed based on the date and time of receipt of the cancellation request.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original booking.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events classified as force majeure, our cancellation policy may be subject to change. We will make every effort to accommodate our guests in such situations and will communicate any modifications to the cancellation policy as necessary.
8. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that guests consider obtaining travel insurance to cover any potential losses incurred due to cancellations or unexpected circumstances.
9. Group Bookings and Special Events
Please note that this cancellation policy applies only to individual reservations. Different terms and conditions may apply for group bookings or during special events or promotions.
